Terms of Use

By accessing or using NetDiag you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

NetDiag provides cloud network visibility, diagnostic, and security monitoring services for AWS environments. We connect to your AWS account using read-only access to map your network topology and identify security misconfigurations and connectivity issues.

• ●You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• ●You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• ●You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@netdiag.co
• ●One account per organization unless you purchase additional seats

You may use NetDiag to:

• ●Monitor your own AWS infrastructure
• ●Diagnose network connectivity issues in your environment
• ●Identify security misconfigurations
• ●Generate compliance and audit reports

You may NOT use NetDiag to:

• ●Monitor AWS accounts you do not own or are not authorized to monitor
• ●Attempt to access other customers' data
• ●Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our technology
• ●Use our service for any illegal purpose
• ●Resell or sublicense access to our service without written permission

By connecting your AWS account, you confirm that:

• ●You have the authority to grant NetDiag read-only access to the AWS account
• ●You understand NetDiag will make read-only API calls to your AWS account
• ●You can revoke access at any time by deleting the CloudFormation stack

Your use of NetDiag is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• ●We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee it
• ●We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
• ●We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (AWS, Railway, Neo4j AuraDB)

• ●Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• ●No refunds for partial months
• ●We will provide 30 days' notice before any price increases
• ●Accounts with failed payments will be suspended after 14 days

• ●14-day free trial available on Starter and Professional plans
• ●No credit card required to start a trial
• ●Trial automatically ends — no charges are made without your explicit consent

• ●NetDiag and all related technology, trademarks, and content are owned by NetDiag
• ●Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your infrastructure data
• ●You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service

• ●NetDiag is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
• ●We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• ●Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• ●We are not liable for security incidents caused by misconfigurations in your AWS account

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetDiag and its employees against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• ●Your use of the service
• ●Your violation of these Terms
• ●Your violation of any third-party rights

• ●You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page
• ●We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• ●Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We will notify users of material changes 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
